- Current customer base
- Potential future customer profiles/product links
- Potential display and fitout improvements
- Potential product range increases/modifications
- Future options and opportunities
- Estimated costs and implementation program
- Recommended staged development strategy
These findings are summarised in a draft written report and this is workshopped with client representatives to fine tune the findings and recommendations. Following agreed edits, a final Retail Opportunity Report is completed.
